Studies have found that your emotional health is directly related to your physical health. My name is April. And I’m an interpersonal hypnotherapist with a personal connection with obesity, addictions and poor habits that span generations in my family. I understand that habits can be hard to break and often times seem almost impossible. That’s why I created “Your emotional eating program”, so you can change your bad habits into healthy habits while you relax in a hypnotic state. If you have tried other programs to help you lose weight but find yourself still struggling to put the unhealthy foods down, walk away and do it with a smile then you are not alone.
Don’t get this wrong..you will need to exercise and put some sweat into your goals BUT during this course you will experience heightened motivation, learn tools to stop self-sabotage.
This is a support program that teaches you techniques and tools to stop emotional eating before it begins again! Most of this course time with me is done while you are in a deep state of relaxation or hypnosis.

Hypnosis has been used around the world to transform behaviors, like poor eating habits and addictions and has even been used by doctors to manage pain before surgery, so let’s use it’s power to lose weight!
To begin, we will have a powerful, two-hour session. We will discuss all the details of your ideal body weight, your “stubborn” areas, and lifestyle changes that may be required to reach your goals. Then, I will bring you into a deep state of relaxation and work to clear the root cause of your weight gain and poor exercise habits while you relax comfortably in a chair. You may begin to notice more motivation, focus and clarity on your goals after the first session. You may experience weight loss within a week or two and all of my clients notice an overall sense of well-being after this first session.
