Welcome! Managing stress and stepping fully into your power is a practice—and this 4–8 week package (customized to your needs) equips you with the confidence, tools, and techniques to release stress anytime, anywhere.

You will experience a total of 4 hours of hypnotherapy, including:

  • 1 hour focused on releasing subconscious stress triggers and reshaping limiting patterns

  • 2 hours dedicated to uncovering and resolving the root causes of your stress

SESSION ONE

Deep Relaxation Session and Personalized Stress-Relief Recording. During this session, we will first discuss your stress triggers and your goals for how you want your life to be. After that, we will begin hypnosis for a deep state of relaxation. After your session you will receive your personalized stress relief recording that you will listen to daily. The recording will include stress relief suggestions, positive affirmations, behavior modifications, and a self-hypnosis technique so you may return to that deep state of relaxation anytime you wish.

SESSION THREE

Goal Setting. During this session we will establish your future goals and a plan for accomplishing them. Also, we will review the tools and techniques you have learned for stress-relief in your everyday life and review what it means to have mind-body coherence. 

SESSION TWO

Regression Therapy to the cause of the issue whether it be a past life or preset life cause. In this session, I will be using techniques as an Interpersonal Hypnotherapist to bring about healing of your past relationships and events that cause the present day dissonance within your life. More often than not, stress is caused by self judgment and unrealistic expectations of ourselves. The goal of this session is to heal those parts that may be stuck in the past bringing about an overall sense of well-being, which can feel like a true transformation in the person.
